Privacy Policy

My Creator Radar collects only the information needed to generate your visibility reports and operate your account. This includes email, authentication data, profile inputs you provide (creator type, niche, platforms, goals), and report outputs.

What we collect

• ◆ Account: email, hashed password or OAuth identifiers
• ◆ Profile inputs: information you type into onboarding, intake, and tool forms
• ◆ Report outputs: AI-generated scores, suggestions, plans, Quick Reports, and calendar schedules stored under your account
• ◆ Billing metadata: Stripe customer ID, one-time purchases, and subscription status (payment card data is handled by Stripe, not by us)
• ◆ Creator Protection Beta (invited participants only): files and links you upload as originals or potential matches, case notes, and generated evidence records — stored in private, access-controlled storage
• ◆ Usage: basic logs for security, reliability, and rate limiting (including IP address and submission timestamps for contact and support forms)

How we use data

• ◆ To generate your reports, Quick Reports, templates, and posting schedules, and to operate the Service
• ◆ To process payments, one-time purchases, and subscriptions via Stripe
• ◆ To improve reliability, apply rate limits, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms
• ◆ To send transactional emails (receipts, security notices, beta invitations)
• ◆ To operate the Creator Protection Beta for invited participants — storing originals, matches, and evidence records under a limited permission you grant during onboarding

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private profile inputs or Creator Protection uploads to train third-party foundation models.

Creator Protection Beta data

Participant uploads live in private storage that is not publicly accessible and is scoped so participants can only see their own materials. Internal review notes and risk routing are not shared with participants or other users. You can export or request deletion of your protection materials at any time, except where a legal hold applies. When beta access ends, portal access ends and remaining records follow our retention policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@mycreatorradar.com. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard; certain records may be retained as required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.
