Privacy Policy

My Creator Radar collects only the information needed to generate your visibility reports and operate your account. This includes email, authentication data, profile inputs you provide (creator type, niche, platforms, goals), and report outputs.

What we collect

• ◆ Account: email, hashed password or OAuth identifiers
• ◆ Profile inputs: information you type into onboarding and tool forms
• ◆ Report outputs: AI-generated scores, suggestions, and plans stored under your account
• ◆ Billing metadata: Stripe customer ID and subscription status (payment card data is handled by Stripe, not by us)
• ◆ Usage: basic logs for security and reliability

How we use data

• ◆ To generate your reports and operate the Service
• ◆ To process payments and subscriptions via Stripe
• ◆ To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms
• ◆ To send transactional emails (receipts, security notices)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private profile inputs to train third-party foundation models.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@mycreatorradar.com. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard; certain records may be retained as required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.
