License, Resale Limits & Single-Use Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026. This page explains how every My Creator Radar tier is licensed. It sits alongside our Terms and Legal & Privacy, and controls where those documents say "as described on the License page."

Personal-use warning. Single creator, personal use only. No resale, sublicensing, white-labeling, agency delivery, or shared logins. Managing other creators? Request Manager Access.

1. Who a subscription is for

Clout Check, Glow Up, Trend Builder, Creator Pro, and the one-time Visibility Battlecard are each licensed to one individual creator for their own personal creator profile and content. Each paid tier is a single seat, and each account represents a single natural person. Sharing logins, rotating tools among teammates, or running the platform on behalf of another creator is not allowed on these tiers.

2. Resale limits

The following are not permitted on any Clout Check, Glow Up, Trend Builder, Creator Pro, or one-time Battlecard purchase:

◆One paid seat = one individual creator profile. No shared logins.
◆No resale, sublicensing, white-labeling, or repackaging of reports.
◆No delivering My Creator Radar output as your own agency service.
◆No automated scraping, bulk export, or API relay to third parties.
◆Client, agency, and multi-creator work requires Manager Access.

3. What you can do with your reports

You may view, download, and reference your own Battlecard, scores, and growth plans for your personal content strategy. You may share screenshots of your own results with collaborators, brand partners you personally work with, or on your own social channels. You may not turn your subscription into a product for others — including "I'll run your Battlecard for $X" services.

4. Managers, agencies, and multi-creator work

If you manage other creators, run an agency, or want to deliver reports to clients, you need Manager Access. Manager tier is licensed per manager seat under separate signed terms that permit client work; public redistribution and white-label resale are still not permitted. Request Manager Access.

5. Automated access and export

Automated scraping, bulk export, and API relay to third parties are not permitted on personal tiers. Rate limits and tool-run caps are described on the Pricing page.

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund of the current billing period. Repeated or commercial-scale violations may result in a permanent ban and, where applicable, legal action.
