Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using My Creator Radar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My Creator Radar provides AI-generated visibility guidance, content suggestions, hook analysis, growth reports, Starter Radar Templates, posting-calendar planning (including ICS and Google/Outlook calendar links), one-time Creator Quick Reports, and — for invited participants — the Creator Protection Beta. All of it is based on user-supplied information. The Service is informational only and does not guarantee any specific outcome including followers, views, engagement, virality, sponsorships, income, platform growth, or career results.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. One-time purchases (such as the Visibility Battlecard and Creator Quick Reports) are non-recurring. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Creator Quick Reports

Creator Growth Blueprint and Creator Growth Intelligence are one-time, personalized reports. You create an account, complete a short intake, and we generate the report from the information you supply. Because each report is produced on demand and delivered digitally, purchases are final once the report has been generated. Reports are licensed to you for personal use, are watermarked, and may not be resold, white-labeled, or presented as another party's work.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to harass, target, or stalk any creator; (b) generate hateful, deceptive, sexualized-minor, or dangerous content; (c) copy, impersonate, or misrepresent another creator; (d) manipulate platforms via fake engagement, buying followers, brigading, or spam; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (f) violate any platform's terms of service or community guidelines.

To keep support channels usable for real creators, our contact and support forms are rate limited — repeated submissions from the same email address or network within a short window are temporarily declined. Automated, bulk, or scripted submissions are not permitted, and persistent abuse may result in blocked access. Report submissions, uploads, and case creation are also subject to fair-use limits and duplicate detection.

7. AI Output

All AI-generated content is probabilistic, may contain errors, and should not be treated as professional advice. Benchmark creators referenced in reports are for pattern recognition only — not for copying, targeting, or contacting. Posting Calendar times, Starter Radar Templates, and scheduling suggestions are planning aids, not predictions of performance.

8. Creator Protection Beta

Creator Protection is an invitation-only beta for approved participants. It helps you record originals, log potential matches, and generate evidence records. It is not a legal service, does not provide legal advice, does not file takedowns on your behalf, and does not determine whether infringement occurred. Comparison results (Green / Yellow / Red) are informational context only.

You confirm you own or control the content you upload and grant us a limited permission to store, process, and display it solely to operate the beta. We may use it to generate your evidence records; we do not use participant uploads to train third-party foundation models. You may export or request deletion of your materials at any time, except where a legal hold applies. Beta access may be paused or terminated at any time; after termination, access to the participant portal ends and retained records follow our retention policy. Participants also accept the acknowledgements presented during Creator Protection onboarding.

Expectations and limitations are summarized on the Creator Protection Beta FAQ.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including brand, code, prompts, watermarks, and report structures, is owned by My Creator Radar. You retain rights to the information you submit and to reports generated for your account, subject to a limited license for us to operate and improve the Service. Removing, obscuring, or altering report watermarks is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See our Disclaimers page for details.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Creator Radar and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, followers, sponsorships, or data. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Creator Radar operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
